NDHM has been approved at the top levels of government. After approval National Health Authority is now setting the stage to launch the digital platform in select places. The first phase of Pradhan Mantri Health ID Card programme will launch some States. The States are Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Chandigarh, Dadra and Nagar Haveli, Daman and Diu, Lakshadweep, Ladakh and Puducherry.
